”METALLOTECHNIA” undertakes the execution of steel construction projects. The delivery of a project may concern the entire project (turn key) or selected stages of its construction (design phase, manufacture, installation):

A) DESIGN PHASE

Detailed plans and construction drawings are the key-elements in the successful completion of every project. At the same time, the company’s know-how and the good market knowledge, contributes to the preparation of comprehensive construction plans/drawings. Customer receives personalized digital representation of his project (model), for better space understanding. In case of new projects with completed design phase, a final check and modeling is done for its proper application.

B) CONSTRUCTION

The company implements a control system harmonized with the European standards ΕΝ1090-2. Quality check is carried out on all raw materials upon receipt, while they are always accompanied by the necessary certificates. Production drawings are extracted from the digitized model. For each construction, plans of details with a code for each steel part are delivered to the production staff, while their correct application is constantly checked. All steel parts are painted with certified materials. The company also undertakes the implementation of fireproof systems, providing certificate of good execution.
