We provide a digital representation (model) for each project we undertake, <\/span>for the full understanding and control of all parties (client, engineer, contractor, etc.). This process allows the client, in particular,<\/span> to better understand the space, while also facilitating the decision-making process regarding the building and the functions it will host. The company implements a production control system EN1090, fully aligned with European standards. At the same time, we conduct quality checks on all primary and secondary materials upon receipt, ensuring that all materials are always accompanied by the required certifications. All materials are received after SA2 sandblasting and anti-corrosion protection (shop primer).<\/span><\/p>

Production drawings are exported from the digitized model. This means that for each metal structure, detailed drawings with a separate code for each metal member are delivered to the specialized production staff and their correct application is meticulously checked at every stage of the process.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Cutting, drilling and marking of metal parts is done on one machine (cutting\/drilling\/marking line). The model data are entered from the design software into the cutting\/drilling machine. The beam is inserted into the machine, the holes are drilled and it is cut according to the model data.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Each member of the structure is then marked with a unique code, which accompanies it until its final installation in the project. This is followed by the assembly and welding of the assemblies. In the final stage, anti-corrosion protection is applied to all metal parts. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The anti-corrosion protection consists of a primer and a top coat and all paint raw materials are certified. The company applies passive fire protection systems to metal parts, if required by the study. Based on the required fire protection time and the required degrees <\/span>\u03bf<\/span>C , a study is carried out by the paint supplier and a table is produced showing the paint thicknesses per cross-section.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

After applying the fire-resistant paint, the thickness is checked by specialized engineers\/supervisors and we proceed to the final stage of applying the \"sealing\" paint. For each project, our company provides a certificate of proper execution of the fire-resistant paint standard with a detailed report of the paint thickness per member.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
