Raw materials & production plans
We implement the EN1090 system and strict quality control of raw materials, while all materials are always accompanied by the required certificates. Production drawings are exported from the digital model with unique codes, ensuring accuracy, traceability and consistency in every metal structure.

Cutting – drilling
Cutting, drilling and marking of parts is done automatically with advanced machinery. The data is transferred from the model, ensuring absolute accuracy. Each member has a unique code and after welding, anti-corrosion protection is applied to all metal parts.

Anti-corrosion paint & fire protection
We apply certified painting and passive fire protection systems. Paints are selected based on the required durability and temperature resistance. Specialized engineers check the paint thickness and issue a certificate of proper execution, ensuring long-term protection and full compliance with standards.

Installation
